Visitors enter a defined participation zone and see their bodies transformed in real time through AI image generation, projection and responsive media. Rather than presenting a fixed sequence, the work continually changes with the people standing before it: no two seconds are the same. A circular screen frames the transformation as a luminous threshold, while the live system translates movement, silhouette and presence into shifting visual worlds. Portal reflects the current technological moment while returning attention to the people gathered around it. Technology is not used as a barrier or spectacle in itself; it becomes a shared instrument for curiosity, play, identity and public participation.
